You're Not Alone

Leading at the executive level brings unique challenges that few people truly understand:

Constant change and uncertainty that leaves you feeling reactive instead of strategic

Challenging team dynamics and cross-functional conflicts that drain your energy

Imposter syndrome and self-doubt that make you wonder if you're really up to this

Isolation at the top with fewer peers who truly understand what you're going through

Anxiety and burnout risk from giving everything to your role

The weight of decisions that impact people's lives and careers

Strained relationships where misalignment or lack of trust make it harder to deliver results

These aren't signs of weakness. They're signs you're pushing yourself to grow in a role that demands everything from you.

You don't have to navigate them alone.

What My Clients Experience

My clients tell me their companies see measurable improvements: faster decision-making, stronger team performance, and better cross-functional collaboration. Their teams notice a real change in their leadership as they unblock mental barriers they didn't know they had. They apply new ways of leading that reinvigorate team dynamics.

They align their leadership with their values, strengths, vision, and purpose, so work energizes rather than depletes them. They create deeper connection with themselves and others, leading authentically instead of putting on a show. They lead with emotional steadiness instead of reacting from urgency or fear. And they finally feel like they're leading in a way that's sustainable and true to who they are, rediscovering the joy and fun in their work.

How It Works

Bi-Weekly or Weekly Sessions

We typically meet every other week (or weekly if preferred), at a consistent day and time. All sessions are remote via video. In our first few sessions, we'll establish your goals and create context for our work together.

6-12+ Months

Real transformation takes time. Most clients work with me for 6 to 12+ months to build new habits, shift mindsets, and create lasting change. That said, many clients notice meaningful shifts within the first few sessions.

Between-Session Support

I'm available asynchronously via email or text between sessions when you need a quick perspective or sounding board.

Confidential Partnership

Everything we discuss is completely confidential. This is your safe space to explore challenges, fears, and aspirations without judgment.

My Approach

My work is grounded in a rare combination of deep operational experience, a Wharton MBA, and certified coach training. I've sat in your seat as a 3x Chief Product Officer, and navigated many of the challenges you're facing.

I ask questions that cut through the noise and surface what's actually driving your decisions, including the patterns, assumptions, and blind spots you can't see on your own.

We explore what's actually stopping you. We examine what's driven your success so far, then surface the unconscious habits and beliefs that might now be holding you back. Often these are the very strengths that got you here—perfectionism, self-reliance, always having the answer—that now limit what's possible.

I help leaders move from reactive to intentional, from overwhelmed to clear, from doubting to confident. You'll build on the patterns that have made you successful while catching the habits that hold you back. Together we create space to become the leader you want to be, not just survive the role you're in.

I'm playfully provocative. I'll challenge your thinking with humor and directness while being warm and supportive. We focus on both mindset shifts and practical action, addressing mind and body, professional and personal. You'll soften knee-jerk reactions, strengthen your capacity for steady leadership, and make decisions from clarity rather than urgency or fear. We'll experiment and iterate together, creating a safe space to try new approaches and discover what works for you. Between sessions, you'll reflect on insights, practice new behaviors, and test approaches in real situations so the work continues beyond our conversations.

Clients describe the work as energizing and clarifying, like finally having a trusted partner who's been where you are and knows how to help you grow through it.

Investment

Most coaching engagements are company-sponsored as a strategic leadership development investment, which is one of the highest-ROI ways to accelerate executive performance and reduce costly mistakes. Some leaders choose to self-fund. I can help make the business case to your company if needed. Let's discuss what makes sense for your situation during our discovery call.

I've Been in Your Shoes

Greg Fraser

I'm Greg Fraser, a certified executive coach with 20+ years of tech leadership experience. I know what it's like to navigate the pressure, complexity, and loneliness of executive leadership because I've lived it.

What Makes Me Different

I bring the rare combination of deep operational experience as a 3x Chief Product Officer, a Wharton MBA, and certified coach training. I understand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, team building, and what it takes to scale. Not just in theory, but from doing it myself.

I'm a change catalyst who helps leaders identify their true goals, root challenges, and limiting assumptions, and respond to feedback. I balance inspiration and objectivity while driving accountability.

My Coaching Philosophy

I help ambitious leaders grow their authentic leadership and become more resourceful. I believe every leader has the wisdom and capacity inside them to solve their biggest challenges. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you access that wisdom, see your blind spots, evolve your mindset, and take bold action.

I'm holistic in my approach: mind and body, professional and personal. I'm warm and supportive, yet playfully provocative—I'll challenge you with humor and honesty. Because real growth happens when you feel both challenged and supported.

My Story

I've spent my career in the trenches of tech leadership. As a 3x Chief Product Officer for B2B SaaS and consumer tech startups and scale-ups, I've led Product, Design, Data Analytics, and Operations through multiple exits. I've also led Product and Marketing initiatives for major clients including Google, Comcast and American Express.

I've experienced the challenges I help clients navigate: the difficult executive relationships, the moments of self-doubt, the stress of high-stakes decisions, and the loneliness at the top. My empathy and positive energy once helped me transform what was my toughest executive relationship into a trusted partnership. In fact, she now serves as one of my professional references.

That personal transformation, and work with an executive coach, showed me the power of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and having someone in your corner who truly understands. It's what led me to coaching.

Common Questions

How is coaching different from advising, therapy, or talking to a peer or friend?

Unlike advising or consulting, where an expert tells you what to do, coaching partners with you to unlock your own wisdom and potential. I ask powerful questions, challenge your assumptions, and hold you accountable to your goals. I may occasionally offer strategic perspective from my 20+ years as a product executive, but the insights and decisions remain yours.

Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Coaching helps you achieve specific professional goals and evolve as a leader.

As one Head of Product told me: "Greg changed my view of coaching. He doesn't try to be your path to nirvana—he helps you be a stronger leader and stay sane at the same time."

Unlike talking to industry peers, colleagues or friends, I bring neutral expertise without agenda or judgment. I'm not competing with you, don't need anything from you, and have no stake in your company politics. This creates a rare space for complete honesty and clarity.

As one CPO told me: "You can't get this kind of neutral, skilled support from anyone else in your life."

How long does coaching take?

Most clients work with me for 6 to 12+ months. Real transformation takes time. You're building new neural pathways, shifting ingrained habits, and evolving how you show up as a leader.

That said, many clients notice meaningful shifts within the first few sessions. The work compounds over time.

Why do companies sponsor executive coaching?

Executive coaching delivers measurable ROI through:

  • Better decisions, faster - Fewer revision loops, strategic missteps, and avoidable mistakes.
  • Stronger teams - Higher retention and engagement. Leaders who are coached build teams that take ownership and innovate.
  • Reduced friction - Faster cross-functional alignment, less executive team conflict, and leaders who collaborate instead of escalate.
  • Executive retention - Preventing turnover that disrupts teams and costs 6-12 months of productivity.
  • CEO leverage - Less time spent coaching or correcting executives who operate more independently.

Most clients have their coaching sponsored by their company as a professional development investment, similar to executive education programs. I can help make the case to your manager, HR, or CEO. Some leaders self-fund.

What if we're not a good fit?

Not every coach-client pairing clicks, and that's okay. That's why we start with a discovery call to see if there's mutual fit and chemistry.

Who do you typically work with?

I typically work with product / engineering leaders and adjacent roles. My clients are at seed stage+ startups, scale-ups, and established companies. They're ambitious and successful but know they can make a bigger impact and achieve more. They wish they could lead with greater confidence, clarity, ease, and joy.

I've coached leaders across:

  • Roles: Co-Founder, CPO, CTO, GM, VP/SVP, Director, Group PMs
  • Functions: Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales
  • Industries: SaaS (B2B/B2C), Healthcare, Financial Services, E-commerce / Marketplace, Consumer Tech, Logistics, Tech Platforms, Media, Professional Services
What happens in a typical coaching session?

You bring the agenda with whatever is most pressing for you. We might dive deep into a specific challenge you're facing, work through a difficult decision, prepare for a crucial conversation, or explore ongoing patterns in your leadership that aren't serving you.

I'll ask powerful questions, challenge your thinking when appropriate, perhaps offer perspective from my experience, and help you land on clear next steps. You'll leave with both insights and action items.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Everything we discuss is completely confidential. Even if your company is paying for coaching, I won't share the content of our conversations without your explicit permission.

The only exception would be if there were concerns about imminent harm to yourself or others, but that's exceptionally rare in executive coaching.
